We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to become a strategic technical leader within one of our business units – Mobile and Web Solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with business impact. You will participate in design and supervise complex infrastructure solutions, and guide project teams from initial concept to successful delivery. As a trusted advisor and technical mentor, you will collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure that our solutions are scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and future-ready. The Mobile and Web Solutions department is one of the fastest-growing units, uniting nearly 300 professionals in various technologies. Projects and Customers are also quite diverse: we have long-term partnerships with enterprises, but we also work with startups a lot. Our active and energetic team is driven by the ever-changing startup environment and the atmosphere of adventure. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking and the ability to connect business objectives with technical solutions, ensuring that our projects deliver measurable business value. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering, including at least 3 years in Architecture or Technical Lead roles
• Proven track record in presales or technical consulting for enterprise-level clients
• Successful delivery of infrastructure solutions from design to production in large-scale environments
• Experience conducting infrastructure audits and implementing improvements
• Demonstrated history of mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
• Strategic thinking and the ability to connect business objectives with technical solutions
• Excellent presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Expert-level experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Knowledge of Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Bicep, or similar tools
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or similar
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), and Docker
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and OpenSearch
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, identity and access management, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Experience with VPC design, VPNs, load balancing, DNS, and CDN
• Knowledge of RDS, NoSQL, object storage solutions, and backup strategies
• Experience with integrating cloud with on-premises environments
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure solution design during presales, including requirements analysis, estimations, and high-level architecture
• Provide technical supervision and architectural oversight during project initiation and delivery
• Act as a mentor and coach for engineering teams, fostering professional growth and driving knowledge sharing
• Conduct infrastructure audits, identify optimization opportunities, and establish best practices across the company
• Participate in high-level technical interviews to ensure the recruitment of top-tier engineering talent
