Sword Health is seeking an Intake Physical Therapist to join their mission of freeing people from pain using AI Care. The role involves conducting onboarding video and audio consultations with members, addressing their questions, processing shared information to brief the treatment PT, and creating handoff notes. Must have:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- At least 3 years of clinical experience
- Licensed physical therapist
- Experience treating musculoskeletal disorders
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage patients
- Adaptable and think outside the box
- Hard-working and handle pressure
- Comfortable with flexible schedule
Good to have:
- No longitudinal treatment
- Intake call is informational, not clinical
- No program prescription

All of our PTs work 100% from home. This is a Part-time position with hours fluctuating between 10 hours/week and 20 hours/week.
What you’ll be doing as a DPT:
* Conduct Onboarding video & audio consultations with members at the beginning of their program
* Address any high-level questions a member may have on the program and create the foundations for long lasting behavioral change
* Process information shared by the member to build a brief for the treatment PT
* Create handoff notes for the treatment PT to correctly follow the member
* Address any additional questions the treatment PT might have on a member
What you need to have:
*You need to have DPT ( Doctor of Physical Therapy)
*At least 3 years of clinical experience
*Must be licensed physical therapist
*Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
*Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients members
*Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach
*Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment
*Comfortable working on a flexible schedule, between 10 and 20 hours / week.
*You’d need to share your availability for the following month at least 30 days in advance
How is it different :
* No longitudinal treatment of the member
* Intake call is not clinical, but rather information processing and getting member set-up
* No program prescription
