Job Summary
Barbaricum is seeking an Intelligence Operations Integrator to serve as a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst. This role involves assisting Palantir's implementation teams by supporting clients' user bases. The FSR Analyst will train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, and solve challenging problems. This position requires embedding with users globally and collaborating with Palantir team members to ensure customer success and facilitate enterprise-wide collaboration.
Must Have
- Provide desk-side training to analysts
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
- Information management experience including data analysis and data integration
- Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well hardware, networks, and server administration
- Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- U.S. citizenship
- TS/SCI clearance eligibility
Good to Have
- Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus
- Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
Job Description
We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices.
