Job Summary
Barbaricum is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join their team as a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst. This role involves assisting Palantir’s implementation teams, training and mentoring users, troubleshooting technical issues, developing new Palantir use cases, and facilitating collaboration across a global enterprise to ensure customer success. The analyst will work side-by-side with users, potentially embedding with them globally, and provide insights to Palantir team members.
Must Have
- Provide desk-side training to analysts
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
- Build initial dashboard products and assist users with questions
- Staff Help Desk, troubleshoot issues with Palantir engineering team
- Provide product feedback to Palantir engineering team
- Develop user relationships, suggest Palantir use cases
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
- Technical background: HTML, Ruby, Python, Java, Excel, hardware, networks, server admin
- Required experience with Palantir platforms (Foundry, Gotham, Gaia)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25%)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- U.S. citizenship
- TS/SCI clearance eligibility
Good to Have
- Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
Job Description
We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side training to analysts
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
- Ability to build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
- Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and make suggestions to Palantir team on use cases to pursue
What We Value
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
- Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well hardware, networks, and server administration
- Prior experience with Palantir platforms required (i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
