Job Description

This internship focuses on supporting the communication and public relations efforts of Western Digital. The intern will assist in generating content ideas and designing artwork, planning and developing content for various communication channels such as employee bulletin boards and emails. Responsibilities also include ensuring employees receive engaging communications about company activities and assisting in organizing employee-related activities and campaigns. The role involves proactive teamwork, attention to detail, and the use of Adobe Creative Cloud software.

Must have:

Pursuing a High vocational Certificate in Information Technology, Communications, Arts, Business Administration, or related fields
The internship period must be at least 4-6 months or more

Good to have:

Experience in proven graphic designing and video editing experience

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To support Generating ideas on contents and artwork
To support Planning, designing and developing contents, artwork, graphics and multimedia for approved communications channels such as employee bulletin boards, email, intranet (e.g. Connect), MS Teams, and TV/video
Managing the approved communications channels such as employee bulletin boards, email, intranet (e.g. Connect), MS Teams, and TV/video
Ensure employees receive interesting and engaging communications about activities within the company
To support in organizing and executing employee-related activities and campaigns

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Pursuing a High vocational Certificate in Information Technology, Communications, Arts and Social Science, Business Administration or related fields
The internship period must be at least 4-6 months or more

PREFERRED:

Experience in proven graphic designing and video editing experience

SKILLS:

Proactively working with a team and having attention to details.
Goal-oriented, Unity, Learning, and Flexible.
Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
Knowledge and ability to apply language programs such as C, C++, Python, PHP, or SQL is an advantage
