Job Summary

This Intern position at Optiv offers recent graduates or undergraduates an opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in Cyber Technology. The role involves interacting with professionals and gaining broad exposure to day-to-day functions. Key responsibilities include assisting with operations, special projects, building stakeholder relationships, coordinating events and meetings, and generating status reports. This is a full-time, on-site internship in Bangalore, requiring rotational shifts including US working hours.

Must Have

  • Assist with day-to-day operations
  • Assist with special projects and ongoing initiatives
  • Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with the coordination and collaboration of project events, meetings, and technical resources
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and communication of project update summaries to appropriate parties
  • Assist with the research, collection and evaluation of project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements
  • Assist with the generation and distribution of status reports to disseminate appropriate information to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other team members on project and process items
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization and external contacts
  • Ability to proactively interact with personnel in a team environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Cyber Security skills like CEH, Networking
  • Complete assignments on time
  • Excellent communication
  • Networking and cloud knowledge
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts including US working hours
  • Work From Office role

Good to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CCNA certification
  • CCSK certification
  • Linux knowledge

What we’re looking for

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university in Business Administration or related field preferred
