Your Role at Haleon
Join us as an Administrative Support Staff member, where you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support to our Supply Team. This role offers YOU the chance to take charge of key activities that will propel YOUR career forward. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Engaging in diverse tasks that keep supporting our Supply Planning team with special focus on the Oral Healthcare portfolio (Mass Market channel)
Manage standard reporting and information flow towards internal/external stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Central Planning Teams)
Monitor/ follow up on master data creation process steps for New Product Launches (NPIs)
Handle inbound stock bookings and returns
Support Supply Chain process improvement initiatives by leading or participating in projects (ad hoc)
Ad hoc support of customer service order management
What we expect from you:
Student (m/f/d) of Engineering, Economics or Business
First experience within a Supply Chain function preferred
Strong communication skills, analytical mindset and “can do” attitude
Self-driven, able to work independently and proactive in setting priorities
Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Fluency in written and spoken English and German
