A talented and creative Internal Communications Specialist is sought to join its global Marketing & Communications team on a 20 month maternity leave cover contract, starting in January 2026.
As a communications expert, you will have visibility of everything that is happening in the company’s 19 global locations across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, and will create stories and content to celebrate and spotlight the work of our talented teams. You will know the right approach to take for each communication, and will provide our teams with the right information at the right time.
You will draft and share announcements, success stories and inspiring insights into life at the company that motivate your colleagues and celebrate and promote the culture of the company. Working within our tone of voice and brand guidelines, you will quickly distill complex and sometimes sensitive issues and communicate them effectively to our teams to ensure maximum understanding and engagement.
Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing & Communications, you will develop and verify content independently and suggest new and innovative ways to share it with our global teams. You will have a deep understanding of the value of the communications that you are creating, and how they will be received by the audiences that they are intended for.
The role will also require English to French translation support for day-to-day communications for our crew.
Please note that this is a unionized position and will be covered by a collective agreement between the company and IATSE, in the coming months. As a unionized employee, you will be required to join the union and will benefit from the conditions set out in the collective agreement. Union dues will be required once the collective agreement is in place.
