Job Description

As an Internal Sourcer at Keen Software House, you will be a crucial part of the HR team, responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for both Keen Software House (Space Engineers 2) and GoodAI. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels (social media, networking, etc.), collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements, managing job postings and applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will utilize your expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools to find and engage with passive candidates. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in remote sourcing, and a creative approach to finding hard-to-find talent. The position is based in Prague but offers remote work flexibility.

We are independent, international game development studio based in Prague, Czech Republic. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be part of the HR team, responsible for attracting top talents, supporting our mission to identify and attract top-tier candidates for both Keen Software House (Space Engineers 2) and GoodAI.

You will collaborate closely with our Tech, Art, and QA teams to identify and bring in exceptional new colleagues who will help us to shape our projects.

While this position is based at our headquarters in Prague, we offer the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere.

Requirements:

  • An experienced sourcer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on headhunting.
  • Proven expertise in using LinkedIn (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches) and other sourcing tools/platforms to find top talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Comfortable engaging with passive candidates and building instant rapport.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong networking skills and a creative, proactive approach to sourcing hard-to-find talent.
  • Strong experience in remote sourcing, including familiarity with remote sourcing practices and global talent pools.
  • Don´t be a C-player

Considered a plus:

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Experience with AI technologies in sourcing, such as AI-powered sourcing tools or automated candidate engagement platforms.
  • A passion for games is a plus.
  • Experience sourcing for tech or AI-driven roles.
  • Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Czech or other languages).
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry or trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Seek out top-notch candidates with experience in the game industry and the field of artificial intelligence in the Czech Republic and abroad.
  • Source potential candidates through social media, face-to-face meetings, and other creative channels.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and help define the requirements for vacant positions.
  • Managing job postings and applicant tracking systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your hiring managers.
  • Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Providing feedback and updates to candidates throughout the process.
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Enhancing employer branding through job postings, social media, and career events.
  • Representing the company at job fairs and industry events.
