We are seeking a strategic and people-centric Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead a global dynamic team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee experience, and driving operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable people practices in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring HR teams, partnering with leadership on HR strategies, advising on employee lifecycle, and overseeing core HR processes.

Must Have:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists.
  • Partner with the VP of Human Resources to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs on all facets of the employee lifecycle, employee relations, engagement, organization design, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, gaming compliance, and reporting.
  • Partner with the Project Management Office to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate HR policies, and initiatives effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in both strategic HR business partnering and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR systems, compensation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Partner with the Project Management Office to lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.

About You

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in both strategic HR business partnering and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR systems, compensation.
