At Salesforce, we are looking for a passionate and strategic Manager of Talent Attraction to lead our sourcing efforts across Japan and broader APAC markets.
This role will drive talent attraction strategy and execution primarily in Japan, while also collaborating closely with teams in ANZ and ASEAN.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead the development and execution of talent attraction strategies for the Japan market
Drive candidate pipeline growth through employer branding, sourcing campaigns, events, and talent marketing initiatives
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders across ANZ and ASEAN to ensure a cohesive approach within the region
Partner with recruiting managers and business leaders to ensure hiring goals are met through strategic demand planning
Hire, manage, develop, and coach team members to achieve strong performance and career growth
Monitor and improve KPIs such as candidate engagement, application volume, conversion rates, and brand awareness
**Required Qualifications:**
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in talent acquisition
Deep understanding of the Japan talent market and candidate behaviors
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, including cross-cultural collaboration
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years minimum experience in people management
Experience working in the tech industry or within a global/foreign-affiliated company
Proven experience in talent attraction across multiple countries in the APAC region
Background in working with employer branding, recruitment content strategy, or candidate experience programs
Familiarity with Salesforce tools or platforms is a plus
