Job Summary

As an Experienced Consultant in Operations Consulting, you will guide clients through digital and business transformations in Manufacturing, from framing to implementation. You will work with large industrial groups and mid-sized companies across diverse sectors, contributing to strategic thinking, process optimization, and digital project execution to deliver significant value.

Must Have

  • Engineering or university master's degree
  • 3-6 years experience in manufacturing, digital project management, or consulting
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Forecasting, and Supply Chain processes
  • Functional knowledge or implementation experience with ERP (SAP preferably) or MES solutions
  • Strong methodological skills in digital project management
  • Essential English proficiency
  • Certification in Supply Chain or Manufacturing (e.g., CPIM APICS, Lean Six Sigma)

What you can expect from the mission:

Within our "Operations Consulting" competence, you will support our clients in their transformations from framing to the implementation of digital and business Manufacturing projects.

You will be involved with large industrial groups as well as mid-sized companies, and in very varied sectors (manufacturing industries, agri-food, chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial equipment manufacturers, consumer goods, etc.)

En tant que Consultant expérimenté:

  • You will be fully involved in large-scale transformation projects, contributing to the steering, strategic thinking, and optimization of business processes related to Manufacturing and Supply Chain (forecasting, etc.), with the aim of generating real added value for our clients.
  • You will intervene on digital transformation projects, from strategy to execution: definition of the master plan, support in tool selection (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, MES...), development of the migration strategy (Greenfield/Brownfield), management of calls for tenders (RFI/RFP), up to the implementation of solutions in various sectors such as industry, luxury, or energy.
  • You will contribute to the development of the Operations Consulting competence by actively participating in the community and internal work (innovation, capitalization, etc.).

What we expect from you:

  • Graduated from an engineering school, or a 3rd cycle university degree, you have between 3 and 6 years of experience in the field of manufacturing, digital project management, or in a consulting firm.
  • You have good knowledge of business processes related to Manufacturing, Forecasting, and Supply Chain.
  • You have good functional knowledge and/or have contributed to the implementation of ERP (SAP preferably) or MES solutions (design, customization, testing, deployment).
  • You have good methodological skills in digital project management.
  • English proficiency is essential.
  • Integrity, rigor, dynamism, you have demonstrated your leadership in complex project contexts.
  • You hold a certification related to Supply Chain or Manufacturing (CPIM APICS, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, etc.).
