Iron Mountain's Records Management department seeks a dynamic Archives Center Specialist for a full-time, permanent role in Fegersheim, France. The specialist will manage client documents, performing tasks like withdrawals, recoveries, transfers, and destructions. This involves processing requests, scanning, verifying items, and ensuring compliance with safety and procedural guidelines. The role requires 1-2 years of experience in services or industry, advanced knowledge of internal tools (SKP), and basic computer skills.

Must Have:
  • Execute service requests sent by clients within Iron Mountain facilities
  • Process all reception requests such as scanning box and location barcodes, storing in the center, uploading scanned data, analyzing and correcting exceptions, and closing requests in SKP
  • Process all recovery requests such as withdrawing and verifying items, closing the request in SKP, printing manifests, and preparing documents for shipment
  • Process all transfer requests, such as withdrawing client archives from one storage location to another, analyzing and correcting all exceptions, and closing all work orders in SKP
  • Execute all tasks related to destruction requests, including withdrawing archives, verifying them, preparing them, investigating, and correcting discrepancies
  • Identify and correct gaps in procedures and report difficulties or problems to the team leader or center manager
  • Verify and produce all document management documentation necessary for performing the tasks
  • Comply with all safety instructions and report any hazardous conditions
  • Possess one to two years of experience in the services or industry sector
  • Possess advanced knowledge of internal tools (SKP)
  • Basic computer skills

Iron Mountain's Records Management (warehouse) department is looking for a dynamic and motivated Archives Center Specialist to join its team.

This permanent contract position for an archives center specialist is available at our Fegersheim (67) site.

Main Mission

Serve clients by managing their documents within the company, executing site tasks, whether it's withdrawals, recoveries, transfers, destructions, permanent withdrawals, or any special project.

What you will do
