Original Games is a global team of developers, artists, marketers, thinkers & doers with contributors.

We’re building the most relaxing and rewarding casual mobile games, with universal appeal and deep player engagement as our cornerstones.

We are looking for a self-driven Mid+ ASO Manager who can take full ownership of the organic growth channel for our games. You will work in close collaboration with UA, product, creatives, and analytics teams to scale installs and conversion via purely ASO levers or in tight synergy with UA.

You’ll build and execute ASO strategies from scratch and continuously iterate. You will lead meta optimization (text, graphics), custom product pages, A/B tests, and featurings - and you’ll present results to internal stakeholders as well as platform teams (Google / Apple).

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, take initiative, challenge status quo, and own results end to end.

For which tasks?

  • Own organic growth via ASO — drive installs, improve store rankings, optimize conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate tightly with UA team to ensure synergy (e.g. validate ASO hypotheses via paid traffic, avoid cannibalization).
  • Partner with product team to align roadmap, feature launches, seasonal events with store page updates.
  • Prepare and submit featuring requests (for Google / Apple) — plan, pitch, deliver assets, follow up.
  • Create, test, and optimize Custom Product Pages (CPPs) / Custom Store Landing pages (CSLs).
  • Perform text and graphic optimization of store pages (titles, subtitles, descriptions, icons, screenshots, videos).
  • Generate hypotheses, design A/B tests, implement, monitor and interpret results.
  • Build and manage long-term ASO roadmap and backlog.
  • Track and analyze metrics: organic installs, conversion rates, keyword rankings, store traffic, retention, LTV impact.
  • Conduct competitor and market research — monitor industry trends, competitor store strategies.
  • Engage cross teams proactively: suggest improvements in UA, product, creatives, even beyond your immediate scope.
  • Create presentations & reports, present to internal leadership, and when necessary, to Apple / Google teams.

Your experience:

  • 2+ years of ASO experience, mobile games / gaming industry will be a plus.
  • Experience working with UA teams and understanding UA levers, metrics (CPI, LTV, ROAS).
  • Experience collaborating with product teams (roadmaps, feature launches, live ops).
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting A/B test data, drawing insights, measuring impact.
  • Ability to generate creative hypotheses for graphic + text optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills (internal & external), ability to present data & strategy clearly.
  • Proactive, self-starter: you don’t wait for tasks — you seek opportunities, dig into problems, push cross-team improvements.
  • Good sense of risk management: understanding of dependencies, trade-offs, impact on UA, product.
  • Experience in ASO tools: SensorTower, AppTweak, AppFollow, MobileAction, StoreMaven or equivalents.
  • Experience localizing store assets / working with multiple markets is a plus.
  • Understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and metadata best practices.
  • Ability to run brainstorms, facilitate ideation sessions.
  • Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads (ASA) / ASA

ASO synergy.

Why do we enjoy working here?

  • Competitive salary and annual salary review based on performance
  • Possibility of work remotely in UTC time zone (UTC +4 is max)
