Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile HR professional who can wear multiple hats: acting as an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day operations, a trusted People Partner to support leaders, and a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and onboard top talent. This is a hands-on role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Oversee contributor lifecycle: onboarding, reviews, transitions, exits.
- Manage service contracts, HRIS updates, records, and compliance.
- Support payroll, benefits, and leave with vendors/finance.
- Be the first contact for HR queries.
- Implement and maintain policies and processes.
People Partnering
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce needs and HR solutions.
- Support performance, engagement, and development initiatives.
- Strengthen culture, collaboration, and retention.
- Provide guidance on relations and conflict resolution.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to contracting.
- Work with hiring leads to define roles and criteria.
- Build talent pipelines and networks.
- Enhance organizational brand as a talent destination.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience through onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple HR functions in a lean or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on HR operations with strategic partnering.
