This Junior HR Operation Specialist role at Aptiv in Guadalupe, Mexico, involves a comprehensive set of responsibilities within human resources. Must Have:
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, prioritizing zero accidents at the plant.
  • Ensure business-required hires at all levels are made in a timely manner.
  • Provide interns and residents to areas that request them (agreements with educational institutions).
  • Guarantee the fulfillment of the social, sports, and cultural events program, as well as ensuring their quality, dissemination, and involvement of all personnel.
  • Apply the Internal Labor Regulations (RIT) to maintain order and company policies.
  • Disseminate and apply the suggestion box, as well as the awards (once a month).
  • Ensure 100% compliance with the United Fund by all employees, as well as corresponding contributions (2 massive per year).
  • Award the best line or code for achieving the best monthly attendance.
  • Administer the information security procedure at the plant.
  • Keep control of cafeteria service orders and ensure payment of invoices.
