Job Description

Ensure the correct execution of materials planning (MRP) and production scheduling processes, guaranteeing timely supply, compliance with the master production plan, and cost optimization within the supply chain. This role involves monitoring sales targets, analyzing customer requirements, loading plans into SAP, validating requirement fluctuations, controlling premium expenditure, and managing inventory.

Must Have:
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure sufficient SAP plan load.
  • Analyze customer requirements, respecting the established run policy plus 3 weeks post-run vs. machine capacity.
  • Load the plan into SAP for the MRP run.
  • Validate requirement fluctuations and balance orders above capacity, as well as submit them for negotiation with customers.
  • Monitor and improve past due.
  • Control premium expenditure.
  • Create a plan for each part of raw materials and finished products.
  • Ensure the planning of critical numbers.
  • Ensure the correct configuration of parameters in SAP for both raw materials and finished products.
  • Control SAP inventory (raw materials and finished products).
  • Control excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Ensure the daily plan is delivered to the manufacturing area one shift in advance.
  • Analysis of hazards and risks that may affect the supply chain, as well as existing controls to mitigate them.
  • Participation in daily results meetings.
  • Participation in compliance with the area's KPIs.
  • Monitoring engineering changes.
  • Compliance with the EOS system.
  • Defining lead times for finished products.
  • Notifying changes to lead times and standard packs.
  • Monitoring transfers.
  • Notifying number transfers to other Aptiv plants.
  • Bachelor's degree/Engineering
  • At least 5 years' experience in the position or similar
  • Advanced English

In your daily job you will:
