Job Description

The Field Compliance Inspector conducts standardized, high-quality inspections at commercial properties, focusing on Quick-Inspect sites. This role ensures all inspection criteria are met precisely and consistently, optimizing time on site. Responsibilities include performing scheduled inspections, evaluating site compliance, documenting findings digitally, and upholding professionalism. The inspector plays a critical role in operational compliance and service quality, supporting contractual obligations and customer satisfaction.

Must Have:
  • Conduct standardized, high-quality inspections at designated Quick-Inspect sites.
  • Follow standardized checklists in support of Service Agreements.
  • Exercise independent judgment in evaluating site compliance and interpreting inspection criteria.
  • Determine appropriate follow-up actions based on inspection findings.
  • Ensure operational compliance and service quality, supporting contractual obligations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of inspection criteria and company standards.
  • Document findings accurately using digital tools and submit timely reports.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service with site personnel.
  • Work closely with Field Project Manager and District Manager(s), communicating issues.
  • Respond with a sense of urgency to escalations and customer requests.
  • Perform site inspections for weather events (winter storms, post hurricanes).
  • Manage time to accomplish set KPIs, including weekly inspection goals.
  • Possess a HS Diploma or GED.
  • Hold a valid Driver’s License and provide own vehicle.
  • Be available for significant on-site activity (90%).
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
  • Engage in extensive outdoor activity for inspections in all seasons and inclement weather.
  • Be prepared for extended hours during peak workloads or special projects.
  • Be able to adjust travel and schedule frequently for opportunities or customer requests.

Job Summary:

The Field Compliance Inspector is responsible for conducting standardized, high-quality inspections with an emphasis on Quick-Inspect sites which are commercial properties with smaller physical footprints. This role ensures that all inspection criteria are met with precision and consistency, while optimizing time on site due to the efficient layout and scale of the properties.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform scheduled inspections at designated get it Quick-Inspect sites, following standardized checklists in support of Service Agreements.
  • Exercises independent judgment in evaluating site compliance, interpreting inspection criteria, and determining appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Plays a critical role in ensuring operational compliance and service quality, directly supporting the company’s contractual obligations and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of inspection criteria and company standards to ensure quality delivery of services and compliance with scope of work across all inspection points.
  • Document findings accurately using digital tools and submit reports in a timely manner.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with site personnel.
  • Works closely with the Field Project Manager and District Manager(s), communicating any issues, risks or follow-up needs.
  • Must respond with a sense of urgency to escalations and customer requests.
  • Perform site inspections for weather events, during winter storms or post hurricanes.
  • Manages time to accomplish set KPIs, including an assigned weekly goal of scheduled inspections.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

What You Need:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or Relative Experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Embraces technology. Experience using smart applications like an iPad or iPhone is a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License; must provide own vehicle.
  • Possesses and demonstrates a proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with digital apps and documentation.
  • Comfortable driving long distances to reach customer locations. Some overnight travel may be required.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency when dealing with customer issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience conveying information.
  • Aligned to organization goals.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.

Position Demands:
