Design MSD System for New Launches and Engineering Changes, adherence to BOP, BOT, BOE. Define the Pre-Planning activities that must be carried out according to the degree of change or product launch. Adherence to the chronological controls to be used to complete Pre-Planning (if necessary) to ensure the client's time program. Compliance with MSD labor efficiency metrics (Manufacturing System Design). Design of work instructions and training for MSD System and Visual Control. Adherence to EOS / IATF 16849 System Compliance for Internal and External BSI Audits. Review of requirements and specific customer requirements (Critical characteristics). Review of Procedure Changes. Review of FTQ and determine process action plan, adjustment in PFD, PFMEA. Pre-planning documentation and engineering changes updated daily. Critical work routes in compliance. Notifications of agreements and minutes and work plans issued to all areas. Quotation of CRs "Change Request" and ECMs on target.
