Job Description

This internship in the Photometric Laboratory involves participating in testing prototypes and car lamps according to homologation requirements, performing photometric measurements, and preparing reports. The role supports optical requirements analysis, defines test strategies, and collaborates with product engineers and R&D. Candidates should be students or graduates in technical fields like electronics, automation, mechatronics, optics, or production engineering, with basic knowledge of electrical/optical measurements and communicative English.
Must have:
  • Participate in testing prototypes and car lamps according to homologation requirements
  • Perform photometric measurements and prepare reports and documentation.
  • Support in analyzing optical requirements and defining test strategies.
  • Collaborate with product engineers and R&D, providing test feedback.
  • Supervise technical documentation and laboratory equipment.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new testing technologies.
  • Studying or a graduate of technical fields (e.g., electronics, automation, mechatronics, optics, production engineering).
  • Knowledge of basics of electrical and/or optical measurements.
  • Communicative English (min. B2).
  • Analytical skills, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
  • Available at least 4 days a week.

Job Details

The Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. Additionally, the plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. Due to the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened in Chrzanów, which will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars.

Your tasks:

  • Participation in testing prototypes and car lamps in accordance with homologation requirements
  • Performing photometric measurements and preparing reports and documentation.
  • Support in the analysis of optical requirements and defining test strategies.
  • Cooperation with product engineers and the R&D department, providing feedback from tests.
  • Supervision of technical documentation and laboratory equipment.
  • Participation in the development and implementation of new testing technologies.
