Job Description

The Program Management Office (PMO) supports programs/projects and engineering management, maintaining project monitoring, reporting, and documentation systems. It consolidates and reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other project data to improve engineering project and process performance. Responsibilities include first-line support for project tools, creating and maintaining projects and resource data, verifying data quality, handling inconsistencies, and supporting weekly project reports and stakeholder requests.
Must have:
  • First-line support of all project monitoring, reporting and documentation tools
  • Creating new projects and maintenance of resource data in the Project Management tool
  • Maintaining master data of running projects
  • Verifying data quality including compliancy checks
  • Handling resolution of data inconsistencies in reports in collaboration with data owners
  • Support for weekly project reports
  • Handling standard stakeholder requests & general support tasks
  • Ongoing studies in economics, informatics, information management, business administration, management or equivalent
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of PowerQuery and PowerBI beneficial

Are you looking for an opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and gain experience in an international high-tech company in parallel to your studies? The Program Management Office (PMO) supports the programs/projects and engineering management and is responsible for the maintenance of projects in the project monitoring, reporting and documentation systems. Therefore the PMO consolidates and reports the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other project and process measurement data with the objective to make visible and consequently improve the performance of the engineering projects and processes within the Business Line. Reports on project schedule status, resource capacity as well as project costs are generated by PMO.

Your Responsibilities:

  • First-line support of all project monitoring, reporting and documentation tools
  • Creating new projects and maintenance of resource data in the Project Management tool
  • Maintaining master data of running projects
  • Verifying data quality including compliancy checks
  • Handling resolution of data inconsistencies in reports in collaboration with data owners
  • Support for weekly project reports
  • Handling standard stakeholder requests & general support tasks

Your Profile:

  • Ongoing studies in economics, informatics, information management, business administration, management or equivalent
  • Experience with MS office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of PowerQuery and PowerBI beneficial
  • Solid English skills (speaking and writing)
  • Accuracy
  • Analytic capabilities
  • Team-orientation and interest in an international work environment
  • Customer-orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Availability around 16-20 hours/week

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2370,-- gross/hour.
