The C++ Developer will collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders, develop robust software systems, and optimize complex algorithms for data analysis and financial calculations, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Must Have

• Design, implement, and optimize C++ applications for financial modeling and algorithmic trading.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to translate investment strategies into efficient code.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software systems.
• Implement and optimize complex algorithms for data analysis and financial calculations.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Continuously improve system performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in C++ and financial technology.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in C++ development.
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented languages and software architectures.
• Significant experience using C++.
• Experience in the use of Python and Shell.
• Active participation on the code reviews and tech/architecture discussions.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Jira and CMake.
