- Assist in supporting key users and/or end-users.
- Assist in training users and the team, proposing adjustments for efficiency.
- Provide IT infrastructure support.
- Perform incident support activities.
- Handle equipment installation, movement, delivery, change, and disposal.
- Support based on IT Automotive principles, standards, processes, and tools.
- Assist in Information Security awareness and promotion.
- Conduct IT asset inventory, monitoring trends for continuous improvements.
- Provide administrative support for the IT department.
- Execute simple technical processes based on global guidelines for system/equipment maintenance and Information Security policies.

Assist in supporting key users and/or end-users.
Assist in training users and, also the team itself when necessary, proposing adjustments to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
IT infrastructure support.
Incident support activities.
Equipment installation, movement, delivery, change, and disposal activities. Support based on IT Automotive principles, standards, processes, and tools.
Assist in Information Security awareness - Participate in promoting information security awareness actions.
IT asset inventory activities, monitoring trends and new technologies, to propose continuous process improvements.
Administrative support for the IT department.
Execute simple technical processes based on global guidelines for system and equipment maintenance and Information Security policies.
