ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities
- IT硬件，软件和其他系统维护，包括AD域控、VoIP电话、门禁系统以及虚拟化系统管理平台
- IT 票单系统业务支持，提供Windows桌面技术
- 支持并协助IT团队解决打印机，工作站和服务器等设备的问题
- 项目生产软件安装和许可授权管理
- IT服务交付，包括积极的用户沟通和快速的问题响应以及高质量的解决问题
- 公司提供IT支持工程师全面业务技能培训
Qualifications
- 计算机等理工科相关专业优先
- 希望对计算机操作系统有一定的理解和基础，希望对于Windows服务器有一定的技术理解和基础实践
- 希望具备良好的沟通能力，对IT技术的实践拥有热情，积极主动，具备较好的压力处理能力
- 具备良好的英语能力
