Job Description
The IT PMO role involves working with multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, partner systems, business units, and management. The responsibilities include demonstrating excellent communication skills, knowledge of finance and cost management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role also requires strong leadership and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work flexible hours. Experience with Jira, generating quality metrics, and program/project management, especially in the banking domain, is crucial. The job demands experience in driving project delivery from initiation to implementation, a thorough understanding of Waterfall/Agile frameworks, and the ability to supervise technical and administrative work.
Must have:
