This role involves original thought and judgment, with the ability to supervise the technical and administrative aspects of other software engineers. They will build skills and expertise in their software engineering discipline to meet standard expectations. This role also requires collaboration and teamwork with other engineers and stakeholders. This role requires the candidate to be fully competent in their area and has a deep understanding of programming concepts, software design and software development principles. They are expected to work autonomously with minimal supervision and lead a team for software design and development. They should be able to understand internal/external client needs and formulate innovative solutions. They should also be able to explain difficult concepts to different audiences.
