The Associate Manager/ Manager - HR will lead the HR team and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, managing time and attendance, compensation and benefits, designing and managing performance appraisal systems, identifying training needs, developing and evaluating training programs, employee engagement and retention programs, employee lifecycle management, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies including ISO 27001 & 9001. The role requires a strategic approach to HR functions and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
