Job Summary
The Sr. Executive/Associate Lead - HR will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, managing time and attendance, coordinating training programs, and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. The role involves developing employee engagement initiatives, generating HR reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and ISO standards. Candidates should have 3-5 years of HR management experience and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Must Have
- Assist in Recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, coordinating with candidates & managers, onboarding
- Time and attendance management
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, employee development initiatives
- Employee lifecycle management from hiring to exit
- Developing and implementing programs for employee engagement and retention
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics (attendance, turnover, training, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate records & documentation
- Ensuring compliance as per employment laws, internal policies and ISO 27001 & 9001

Qualifications
- Master’s in Business Administration – HR or PGDBM
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management
- MS Excel, Word, Power point
- Exposure of Zoho people/recruit & Naukri.com
- Experience in handling HR functions
