The Sr. Executive/Associate Lead - HR will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, managing time and attendance, coordinating training programs, and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. The role involves developing employee engagement initiatives, generating HR reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and ISO standards. Candidates should have 3-5 years of HR management experience and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Must Have:

Generate regular reports on HR metrics (attendance, turnover, training, etc.)
Maintaining accurate records & documentation
Ensuring compliance as per employment laws, internal policies and ISO 27001 & 9001

Qualifications
Master’s in Business Administration – HR or PGDBM
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management
MS Excel, Word, Power point
Exposure of Zoho people/recruit & Naukri.com
