Job Description

We are looking for an IT Service Architect for the Managed Mobile Service. As an IT Architect for Central Managed Mobile Services based on Intune and Company Portal, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the architecture of centralized device management that leverages Microsoft Intune MDM. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external partners, to ensure the device services are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Must have:
  • Design and consult integration of services for mobile device management.
  • Consult in the use of Digital Experience Management technologies such as NextThink.
  • Act as “Product Owner Proxy” if required.
  • Consult and create the Product Vision, strategy together with the Service team.
  • Improve service design in line with strategic pillars keeping end customer satisfaction as priority objective.
  • Manage requirements and expectations of all stakeholders incorporating an Entrepreneur mindset.
  • Support the wider Service Architecture and Service Management Teams in customer engagements to ensure relevant services can be delivered.
  • Ensure operational excellence by balancing customer satisfaction, service availability and employee engagement.
  • Drive automation excellence and actively design, promote and support implementation of automation technologies to improve the service.
  • Focus on delivering ongoing business value to the customers of the service.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
  • More than 5 years of IT Infrastructure market experience with focus in the areas of Intune, IOS and Android.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with device compliance, conditional access policies and endpoint security configurations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Company Portal.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure).
  • Additional knowledge of MS PowerApps / - Automate, Microsoft 365, Entra ID.
  • Working knowledge and experience in IT Portfolio / IT Provider Management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment to develop, drive and manage services in a complex environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, having a high English Language Domain/Fluency (Speaking, Reading & Writing), excellent ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of Stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with global virtual teams.
