Job Summary
Zones LLC is seeking an ITAD Lead to manage and maintain facility technical equipment and connections, as well as customer images and deployment equipment. The role involves performing customer-specific configurations, first-level troubleshooting on new and returned equipment, and researching hardware and software developments. The ITAD Lead will also manage and maintain customer images and deployment equipment, perform customer-specific configurations, and troubleshoot malfunctioning units. This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably a Technical Degree, and certifications such as A+ or MCP, with MSCE being a plus. Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential.

- Lead Integration Team
- Manage and Maintain facility technical equipment and connections
- Manage and Maintain customer Images and deployment equipment
- Perform customer specific configuration on technical equipment to customer specifications
- Perform first level troubleshooting on new and customer returned equipment Performs job function in accordance to the Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS)
- Follows customer personal computer system hardware and software specifications based on the configuration services being performed and the instructions supplied
- Complies with departmental training certification requirements based on configuration level. Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem solving techniques and departmental procedures.
- Researches hardware and software literature to keep abreast on new product / service developments and announcements.
- Works with Lead Technicians on difficult to solve problems or configurations.
- Imaging and configuration of mobile devices
- Asset/inventory tracking Unpacks appropriate units, hardware and software and then installs each at default or to custom specifications.
- Tests configured systems for appropriate functioning and troubleshoot for any errors found.
- Completes all required documentation of installation including a quality assurance sheet to ensure accurate billing with respect to warranty contract, proper processing of defective products and timely vendor returns and reimbursements.
- Leads and supervises day to day operations within the Integration Center
