Must have:
  • Responsible for business development in the Japanese market, including IP licensing, game co-development, and IP collaborations
  • Expand local market resource networks and industry business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic cooperative relationships with key accounts in the Japanese game and entertainment industry
  • Maintain good contact with core management and key decision-makers of partners
  • Coordinate internal and external communication to resolve business negotiation bottlenecks
  • Familiar with Japanese IP holders and game companies, understanding their business decision-making chains
  • Proactively reach key decision-makers and establish good business cooperation relationships
  • 15+ years of business experience in the entertainment industry
  • Thorough understanding of game industry development, publishing, and operation processes
  • Deep knowledge of brand, game, and IP development in the Japanese market, sensitive to market trends
  • Bilingual in Chinese and Japanese
  • Excellent business negotiation skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong challenging spirit

What the Role Entails

● Responsible for business development work for TiMi Studio Group in the Japanese market, including but not limited to IP licensing development, game co-development, game IP linkage, and other diversified business work.

● Expand local market resource networks and industry business opportunities, build and maintain long-term strategic cooperative relationships with key accounts in the Japanese game and entertainment industry, and maintain good contact with core management and key decision-makers of partners.

● Coordinate internal and external communication, promote the resolution of key bottlenecks in business negotiations, and improve cooperation efficiency; explore innovative cooperation models and opportunities with flexible and forward-looking thinking.

Job Content:

● Responsible for business development operations in the Japanese market for TiMi Studio Group. Specifically, this includes a wide range of tasks such as IP license development, game co-development, and game IP collaboration.

● Expand the network and explore industry business opportunities in the Japanese market, and build and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with important strategic partners in the Japanese game and entertainment industry. Build good relationships with the management and decision-makers of partner companies.

● Oversee internal and external communication, resolve key bottlenecks in business negotiations, and improve cooperation efficiency with partners. Also, explore new cooperation models and opportunities with flexible and forward-looking thinking.

Who We Look For

● Familiar with Japanese IP holders (including major publishers, TV stations, animation production companies, etc.) and game companies, deeply understand their business decision-making chains, and be able to proactively reach key decision-makers and establish good business cooperation relationships.

● 15+ years of business experience in the entertainment industry, with preference for those with 10+ years in the game industry; experience in business cooperation with large copyright or game companies and managing partner relationships, capable of comprehensively coordinating high-level strategic relationships, and skilled at handling complex business cooperation issues.

● Led large-scale business cooperation projects in the game industry, such as strategic top-tier IP collaborations, overseas pipeline development, etc.

● Possess a thorough understanding of game industry development, publishing, and operation processes, deep knowledge of brand, game, and IP development in the Japanese market, and sensitivity to market trends.

● Bilingual in Chinese and Japanese. Possesses excellent business negotiation skills, good project management skills, and a strong challenging spirit.

Application Requirements

● Familiar with Japanese IP holders (including major publishers, TV stations, animation production companies, etc.) and game companies, deeply understand their business decision-making processes, and be able to proactively approach key decision-makers and build good business partnerships.

● Preferably 15+ years of business experience in the entertainment industry and 10+ years of business experience in the game industry. Experience in business cooperation with major IP or game companies, experience in managing partnerships, ability to build top-level strategic partnerships, and ability to smoothly resolve complex business cooperation issues.

● Experience leading large-scale business collaboration projects in the game industry, such as strategic key IP collaborations and overseas pipeline development.

● Thoroughly understand the overall development, publishing, and operation processes of the game industry, possess deep knowledge of brand, game, and IP trends in the Japanese market, and be sensitive to market trends.

● Bilingual in Japanese and Chinese, possessing excellent business negotiation skills, advanced project management skills, and a strong challenging spirit.
