Job Description
The role involves close collaboration with the art lead and core production team to participate in the formulation and promotion of visual designs for projects. The responsibilities also include providing concept analysis and design for scenarios, characters, level layouts, and game props for pre-research projects. As a member of the concept team, the designer will assist in the full process of designing and implementing game concepts and art styles, delivering high-quality designs and concepts based on a comprehensive understanding of the game world setting. The designer will also engage in long-term exploration of the art style and aesthetic types of the game IP.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree or above in art-related majors with solid art foundation.
- 3+ years of experience in game concept and original painting design.

1.与美术Lead以及核心制作团队密切合作，参与项目美术方向制定并推动具象化设计；
2.为开发预研项目的场景、角色、关卡布局和游戏道具等内容提供概念分析和设计；
3.作为概念团队的成员，全流程帮助设计和落地游戏的概念和艺术风格，在全面理解游戏世界设定的基础上输出高质量的设计和概念；
4.对游戏IP的美术风格和审美类型进行长期探索。
岗位要求
1.美术相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的美术基础和良好的色彩感知能力；
2.3年以上游戏概念、原画设计相关工作经验，有成功案例者优先；
3.热情积极，并富有沟通技巧和团队精神，有能力快速学习工作相关新知识；
4.对游戏富有激情，热爱游戏，关注玩家；
5.能根据项目要求，不断学习提升与成长；
6.美术人员，简历附带作品。
