Must Have

  • Integrate and optimize FircoSoft and Bridger Insight screening solutions.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based modules for AML and KYC operations.
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to refine screening rules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
  • Proven hands-on experience with LexisNexis Bridger Insight and FircoSoft products.
  • Strong Java / J2EE development background.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AML/KYC screening tools into enterprise systems.
  • Deep understanding of AML, sanctions screening, and KYC compliance workflows.
  • Proficiency in API development, message processing, and risk assessment logic.
  • Strong SQL skills and database experience.

  • Prior experience in the financial services or banking domain.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architectures.
  • Knowledge of message queue systems such as MQ or Kafka.

Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience integrating LexisNexis Bridger Insight and FircoSoft screening solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of AML/KYC processes and automation, contributing to the enhancement and integration of screening tools within our existing platforms.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and optimize FircoSoft and Bridger Insight screening solutions within our enterprise systems.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based modules supporting AML and KYC operations.
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to refine screening rules, workflows, and automation processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure seamless operation.
  • Work closely with engineering teams on deployment, scaling, and ongoing support of screening solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with LexisNexis Bridger Insight and FircoSoft products.
  • Strong Java / J2EE development background, with a focus on enterprise application integration.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AML/KYC screening tools into large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Deep understanding of AML, sanctions screening, and KYC compliance workflows.
  • Proficiency in API development, message processing, and risk assessment logic.
  • Strong SQL skills and database experience.
  • Prior experience in the financial services or banking domain is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architectures.
