Job Description

Playtika, a leading mobile games company, is seeking a talented JavaScript Developer to join their team. You'll be responsible for writing client-side logic for new features, developing tools for the project, and creating new features and modules. Your responsibilities will include code review, application architecture, design business logic, exploring new solutions, and participating in PI investigations. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, experience with game engines and openGL/WebGL, knowledge of mobile app development, and a strong understanding of Git.

Must have:

5+ years of JavaScript and TypeScript experience
Game engines and openGL/WebGL experience
Experience with Jest testing frameworks
Knowledge of mobile app development
Advanced Git knowledge
Ability to work independently or in a group
BSc/MS in computer science or related field
Multithreading knowledge

Good to have:

Experience with C++ and/or C#
Experience with profiling or solving memory problems
Experience in Enterprise projects

Responsibilities:

Writing logic for new features on the client-side of the application
Developing tools for the project
Development of new features and modules
Participate in code review, application architecture, design business logic
Explore new approaches that could enhance existing solutions
Reviews Pull Requests (PRs) for code quality and general technical approach
Actively participates in PI investigations as needed
Knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

5+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
Game engines and openGL/WebGL experience.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest.
Knowledge of mobile app development.
Git advanced knowledge.
Ability to work independently or with a group.
BSc/MS in computer science, or a related field.
Multithreading knowledge
Experience in profiling or solving problems with memory
Experience in Enterprise projects
