Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their HR-Finance Control team in Warsaw. This permanent, full-time, hybrid role reports to the Chief Accountant – Finance Manager.   • Booking AR and AP invoices, bank statements, employee expenditures.
  • Being responsible for Fixed Asset Register.
  • Preparing payments.
  • AMEX card reconciliation.
  • National Polish Bank reports.
  • Statistical Reports.
  • Support with documentation preparation for external audit.
  • Support with month end close procedures.

We’re looking for a Junior Accountants to join our HR-Finance Control team at D&B on a permanent basis. The role will be reporting to Chief Accountant – Finance Manager based in Warsaw. These are both exciting opportunities to launch successful long term careers with a reputable US organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking AR and AP invoices, bank statements, employee expenditures etc.
  • Being responsible for Fixed Asset Register.
  • Preparing payments
  • AMEX card reconciliation
  • National Polish Bank reports
  • Statistical Reports
  • Support with documentation preparation for external audit
  • Support with month end close procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in Accounting Department
  • Master Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax law of Poland
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff from other departments
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Programs (Advanced Excel knowledge)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results
  • Quick perception, willingness to learn and agility
  • Good communication skills in Polish and English
