Junior Analyst - Data Collection and Research

Responsibilities:

• Data collection for key segments of the Australian financial services industry.

• Processing data for Companies and Contacts.

• Researching and confirming business information and contact details.

• Researching and confirming financial adviser licensing information.

• Researching company websites, LinkedIn and other sources for information.

• Maintaining a database.

• Assisting with processing event registrations data.

• Assisting with processing subscriber and publication, address and email data.

• Communication of tasks, progress, successes, and deadlines to the team.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about Data and /or financial services.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• University qualified in a relevant field, including, but not limited to Finance, Commerce, Business, Marketing or Economics.

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong Internet research skills.

• Strong MS Office suite skills.

• 1 years’ experience with data and/or conducting research.

• Well organised and pro-active.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Genuine interest in learning about the financial services industry.
