Junior Art Director

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, seeking a Junior Art Director for its in-house creative team. This role involves assisting with art direction and execution of creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and social media, partnering with copywriters and animators. The Junior Art Director will help maintain and evolve Slack's visual identity, contributing innovative ideas to build brand love and drive business results in a dynamic environment.

Must Have

• Assist with art direction and execution of creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and social media.

We're looking for a Junior Art Director to join our in-house creative team who's ready to help Slack flourish through big ideas and stunning visual work.

This is a hands-on role for an emerging talent who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to tackle a wide range of challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll be a key player in our team, helping us bring creative concepts to life across all channels:

— Assist with art direction and the execution of creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, social media, and more.

— Partner closely with copywriters, animators, and other team members to produce high-quality work.

— Help maintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring the Slack brand is strong and consistent everywhere.

— Contribute fresh, innovative ideas and visuals that build Slack love and drive meaningful business results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

You're a natural visual storyteller, eager to learn, and ready to roll up your sleeves. You're the kind of person who is detail-oriented, current on trends and best practices, and proactively embraces change and rapid iteration.

— 1 to 3 years of experience as an Art Director or in a relevant design role (or equivalent portfolio work).

— A strong portfolio that clearly shows your visual sensibility and foundational design skills.

— Proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

— The ability to juggle multiple projects and contribute creative ideas on a daily basis.

Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer work, etc.).
