Junior Artistic Director Assistant (Internship)

Within the agency's Creation Hub, we are recruiting a Junior Artistic Director Assistant (internship) to support Artistic Directors in the conceptualization and design of social media and digital content. The role involves participating in all stages of content creation, from brief to realization, including creative thinking, graphic design, motion content creation, assisting with shootings, editing, and active participation in creative briefs and trend monitoring.

Must Have

• Graphic design of social media and digital content (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Creation of motion content, from trend research to adaptation and content creation
• Assisting Artistic Directors and the Creative Director during shootings and in photo and video content creation
• Editing, resizing, and improving existing content
• Active participation in creative briefs and responses to calls for tenders
• Artistic watch and monitoring of industry and sector trends
• Currently studying for a Bachelor's +3 to +5 degree (creative/web design, graphic design, multimedia school)
• Proficiency in Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Indesign
• Social media campaign conceptualization
• Knowledge of online graphic charter
• Artistic skills for quality renderings
• Good knowledge of latest graphic trends
• Passion for web, comfortable with TikTok & Instagram platforms
• Creative, curious, rigorous, organized
• Enjoys working in a team

Description

Within the agency's Creation Hub, we are recruiting a Junior Artistic Director Assistant (internship) whose role will be to support the Artistic Directors in the conceptualization and design of social media and digital content.

Your missions:

Under the responsibility of the Creative Directors and integrated into the creative hub, you will participate in the different stages of social media and digital content creation, from brief taking to realization, including creative thinking:

• Graphic design of social media and digital content (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) in close collaboration with copywriters and in compliance with the editorial strategy and brand strategy of clients
• Creation of motion content, from researching trends on TikTok and Instagram to adapting and creating content
• Assisting Artistic Directors and the Creative Director during shootings and in the creation of photo and video content
• Editing, resizing, improvement of existing content
• Active participation in creative briefs and responses to calls for tenders
• Artistic watch and monitoring of industry and sector trends.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a Bachelor's +3 to +5 degree (in a creative/web design school, graphic design school, multimedia school)
• Mastery of various graphic and multimedia creation tools (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Indesign)
• Conceptualization of social media-driven campaigns
• Knowledge of online graphic charter (all steps of creating a medium)
• Artistic skills, to ensure the quality of renderings
• Good knowledge of the latest graphic trends
• You are passionate about the web world and are comfortable with TikTok & Instagram platforms (if you know how to create and film vertical social media content, that's a plus!)
• You are creative, curious, rigorous, organized
• You enjoy working in a team.
