Job Description
CCH Tagetik is looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Consultant to join their Data Experience Team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about data and analytics. You will collaborate with Business Managers to translate requirements into BI reports, develop and analyze data structures, execute database queries, and visualize business data to create value-added solutions.
Good To Have:
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Familiarity with ETL solutions.
- Exposure to Machine Learning and AI concepts.
Must Have:
- Collaborate with Business Managers to translate business requirements into clear Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards.
- Develop, analyze, and modify processes, data structures, and models.
- Develop optimal and scalable BI / Analytics application.
- Execute database queries and perform data analysis.
- Create prototypes and transform models into actionable results.
- Analyze, validate, and visualize business data to create value-added solutions.
- Analyze business questions and deliver business answers; translate technical data findings for non-technical teams and vice versa.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Understanding of relational databases.
- Knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and data model design (logical & physical data models).
- Familiarity with software analysis techniques and definition of functional specifications.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English.
