Customer Service Employee – Customer Administration

What will you do?
As a Customer Service employee, you are part of the Customer Service Team for our accounting software Adsolut. Together with your colleagues, you oversee the entire order-to-cash process. You handle incoming questions (by email and phone) from customers about our current products, prices, and invoicing. In this way, you ensure excellent customer service based on the needs of our customers.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- You ensure that customers receive a timely answer to the questions they have reported.
- You enter all relevant customer data into our systems and keep it up to date.
- You process orders and subsequent deliveries via SalesForce.
- You check quotes before they are processed into an order, process incoming orders into deliveries and maintenance contracts; you draw up the POs (purchase orders) and are responsible for following up on the delivery and invoicing of the ordered products.
- You take care of the administrative onboarding of new customers/users.
- You monitor knowledge articles in the used application and keep them up-to-date by providing input to the Knowledge Agent based on frequently asked questions from customers and by encouraging colleagues to provide input for this.
- You signal recurring customer questions, found errors, and make comments or suggestions to the Stakeholders.
- You send and follow up on invoices.
The team
You will join an enthusiastic team with extensive knowledge and experience of our software and administrative processes. The team consists of 11 team members and the team lead.
Location
Your base is our office in Hasselt. We work 2 days a week at our office in Hasselt, but if you live near Ghent, you could also work from our office in Ghent. The other 3 days we work from home.
Who are you?
- You have a completed education in business administration, SME management or accounting.
- Affinity for and/or basic knowledge of accounting is a plus.
- You enjoy working in a team where everyone helps and supports each other.
- You are flexible and eager to learn.
- You have an eye for detail and work accurately.
- You take initiative and proactively look for customer-oriented solutions.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French. You also understand English.
