We are excited to welcome a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Success Specialist. This role is not just about delivering results; it's about building meaningful client relationships that pave the way for mutual success.

Day in and day out, you will be the cornerstone of interactions for our Asset Manager clients, overseeing a spectrum of responsibilities including managing data inquiries, providing unwavering client support, and offering invaluable training sessions. Your commitment to their satisfaction will be pivotal in solidifying their trust in ISS MI products and services

This role offers an exceptional entry point into the fintech industry for ambitious graduates and early career professionals.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage key client connections by thoroughly grasping their business, focus, and strategies.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of commitments.

  • Take charge of client onboarding to ensure accurate and punctual delivery of commitments.

  • Provide comprehensive support and training to clients and prospects, both remotely and on-site.

  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to uphold product excellence and facilitate enhancements.

  • Lead Service Review meetings, addressing client concerns and gauging overall satisfaction.

  • Establish best practices for prompt request follow-ups, proactive outreach, and account activity monitoring.

  • Identify potential sales opportunities within accounts and communicate them to the sales team.

  • Keep track of product usage, adoption, and address any issues or underutilization.

  • Provide valuable feedback and suggestions on products to enhance Technical and Product Management functions.

Qualifications:  

  • We are open to considering graduates or candidates at the early stage of their career, with a genuine interest in the asset management market

  • Recent completion of a degree in maths, business-oriented, or technical fields, with a distinguished achievement of at least a 2:1

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interrogate large data sets using excel

  • An understanding of the UK financial services industry is a preferred

  • Display exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering robust professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders – both technical and business-oriented

  • Present with self-assuredness, projecting a poised and confident demeanor

  • Embrace change readily and exhibit the capacity to swiftly comprehend new business and technology concepts

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, thriving under pressure with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
