Job Description

Ubisoft is a global leader in video games, with teams worldwide creating original and memorable gaming experiences. This role supports the Global Events & Broadcast team in organizing international esports events. You will assist with logistical preparation, coordinate with agencies and partners, manage meetings, and help with on-site activations. You will also be present at events for coordination and unexpected tasks, document post-event activities, and collaborate with various internal teams. This is an opportunity to learn, travel, and contribute to major esports events.

  • Help with logistical preparation for events (planning, vendor follow-up, on-site coordination)
  • Support the team in managing agencies, partners, and suppliers
  • Organize meetings and prepare reports
  • Participate in setting up on-site activations (branding, fan experience, etc.)
  • Be present at events to help everything run smoothly (backstage, reception, coordination, and many unforeseen things)
  • Handle post-event documentation and reporting
  • Work in conjunction with the comms, broadcast, production teams, etc.
  • Learn, ask questions, propose ideas, and participate in the life of R6

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will join the Global Events & Broadcast team to support the organization of international esports events. Your role? To be a true daily support, help keep the machine running, learn on the job, and learn to create memorable experiences for fans, players, and partners.

📍 Our offices are in Saint Mandé (line 1, Saint Mandé stop), gym on the premises. In application of our hybrid work model, 3 working days per week are performed from our Saint-Mandé offices, and 2 working days per week are performed remotely.
