We are hiring an Administrative Assistant in Finance
Hybrid working model – Novi Sad office
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant in Finance to join our team on a temporary basis (through the end of 2026).
Your profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting-related tasks
Experience with accounting software
Bachelor’s degree in economics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with organizational abilities
Dependable and adaptable to changing priorities
Proficiency in English is mandatory due to daily interactions with the Corporate Finance team
Key responsibilities:
Receiving, verifying accuracy and updating records of invoices
Preparing and sending payment orders
Recording and processing business documentation
Maintaining and updating records of suppliers and contracts
Archiving financial and administrative documentation
Collecting and reviewing data for financial reports
Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
Managing calculations and documentation related to business trips
Handling customs procedures and documentation
Performing on-site administrative tasks as required
Performing other duties as assigned
