We are hiring an Administrative Assistant in Finance 

Hybrid working model Novi Sad office 

 

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant in Finance to join our team on a temporary basis (through the end of 2026).  

 

Your profile: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting-related tasks 

  • Experience with accounting software 

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word 

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with organizational abilities 

  • Dependable and adaptable to changing priorities 

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory due to daily interactions with the Corporate Finance team 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Receiving, verifying accuracy and updating records of invoices 

  • Preparing and sending payment orders 

  • Recording and processing business documentation  

  • Maintaining and updating records of suppliers and contracts 

  • Archiving financial and administrative documentation 

  • Collecting and reviewing data for financial reports 

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports 

  • Managing calculations and documentation related to business trips 

  • Handling customs procedures and documentation 

  • Performing on-site administrative tasks as required 

  • Performing other duties as assigned
