Job Description

As a Junior IT Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for IT support, providing timely assistance to end-users. Your responsibilities will include installing, deploying, and maintaining IT equipment such as laptops, mobile devices, and printers. You'll also be involved in maintaining the company's network, managing user permissions, and ensuring smooth IT operations. This role requires strong customer service and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You will be working with Office 365, Windows, Mac, printing solutions, and basic networking.
Must Have:
  • Provide IT support to end users
  • Install and maintain IT equipment (laptops, mobile devices, printers)
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • Experience with Windows and Mac
  • Basic network skills (LAN, WAN)

Are you a tech-savvy, hands-on problem solver with a passion for supporting people and systems? We're looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join our Hero Gaming team in Marbella.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide timely IT related end user support by being the go-to Level 1 support person.
  • Provide a Service-Oriented Approach to our internal users, as well as proper communication, coordination and follow ups.
  • Install, deploy, and maintain end user IT equipment including laptops, mobile devices and printers.
  • Installing OSs, security software and other company-needed applications remotely and in-person.
  • Maintain and assist with the company's network.
  • Perform additional duties and assignments as required in support of internal IT systems.
  • Managing users permission using company internal tools

             - Hardware preparation (installation of laptops/PCs)

  • Managing users permission using company internal tools.
