Junior IT Administrator

Location: Marbella, Spain (On-site) + Remote support to global teams

Are you a tech-savvy, hands-on problem solver with a passion for supporting people and systems? We're looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join our Hero Gaming team in Marbella.

This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart or grow your IT career within a high-energy, fast-moving company where every day is different, and your contribution makes a real impact.

What You'll Do:

• Provide timely IT related end user support by being the go-to Level 1 support person.

• Provide a Service-Oriented Approach to our internal users, as well as proper communication, coordination and follow ups.

• Install, deploy, and maintain end user IT equipment including laptops, mobile devices and printers.

• Installing OSs, security software and other company-needed applications remotely and in-person.

• Maintain and assist with the company's network.

• Perform additional duties and assignments as required in support of internal IT systems.

• Managing users permission using company internal tools

• Knowledge or experience in the following technologies:

             - Office 365 (very important!)
             - Windows and Mac
             - Printing solutions
             - Basic network skills /troubleshooting (LAN, WAN)
             - Hardware preparation (installation of laptops/PCs)

• Managing users permission using company internal tools.
