We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Officer to join our dynamic finance department. This role focuses on payment service provider (PSP) reconciliations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, timely reconciliations, and smooth migration to our PSP automation tool. Key responsibilities include posting PSP transactions, performing various reconciliations (PSP, bank, crypto, intercompany), calculating affiliate payments, assisting with audits, and contributing to process improvement.

- Familiarity with PSP operations is a strong asset.
- ERP experience is a plus.
Must Have:
- Calculate and post PSP transactions to the accounting system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform PSP balance reconciliations and transactional reconciliations.
- Monitor bank control accounts and ensure all balances are fully reconciled.
- Reconcile crypto wallets and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Complete intercompany postings and reconciliations.
- Calculate and post affiliate commission payments.
- Assist with PSP audit queries and provide supporting documentation.
- Contribute to the migration and ongoing optimization of our PSP automation tool.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally within the iGaming industry or a high-volume transaction environment.
- Advanced reconciliation skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring accurate transaction processing, timely reconciliations, and smooth migration to our PSP automation tool.
Key Responsibilities
- PSP Transactions: Calculate and post PSP transactions to the accounting system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconciliations:
- Perform PSP balance reconciliations and transactional reconciliations.
- Monitor bank control accounts and ensure all balances are fully reconciled.
- Reconcile crypto wallets and ensure completeness and accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Experience
