Hero Gaming is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead new player acquisition across digital channels. This role involves developing and executing performance-driven strategies, managing campaigns across paid media and partnerships, and optimizing for ROI, conversion, and player quality. The manager will analyze campaign performance, manage media partner relationships, conduct A/B testing, and ensure compliance with advertising guidelines. A strong analytical mindset and hands-on user acquisition experience are essential.
Must Have:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, display, social media, and programmatic.
  • Create and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve new player targets and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with design team to ensure creative assets are engaging, localized, and compliant.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Manage and grow relationships with media partners, and paid traffic sources.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to increase conversion rates.
  • Oversee tracking, attribution, and analytics, ensuring all campaigns are accurately measured and reported.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and channel innovations within the iGaming space.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to advertising guidelines and responsible gaming standards in each operating market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital acquisition marketing.
  • Strong understanding of tracking technologies, and conversion optimization.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical, with advanced skills in Google Analytics and performance dashboards.
  • Experience managing and optimizing CPI, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and advertising regulations in key jurisdictions.
