Job Description

The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist supports omni-channel activities for Personal Health categories in Turkey and South Africa. This role involves executing digital marketing initiatives, optimizing digital presence, improving consumer experiences across web, CRM, and social media, and managing digital commerce tasks. The specialist will analyze metrics, report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, coordinate with external agencies, and stay updated on digital marketing trends to drive business growth.
Must Have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Digital or Marketing function of a large/multinational organization.
  • Solid marketing background, with a key focus on data-based Digital Marketing.
  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent level of both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders internally & externally.

Your Role:

  • Supports all omni-channel activities ( Retail, PR, SEA - e-tailer search, Paid Social – Programmatic – Affiliate – Philips.com pages – CRM emails – E-trade content) for Personal Health categories in Turkey and South Africa.
  • Assists in the execution of digital marketing initiatives to enhance digital presence and optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Assists in the improvement of digital consumer experiences across digital channels such as Web, CRM, Social Media.
  • Executes digital commerce tasks in accordance with assigned duties, ensuring alignment with business objectives/KPIs, timelines.
  • Analyzes basic metrics and reports on digital campaign, website or ecommerce performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Briefing and coordinating all external agencies and/or Philips capabilities i.e.. Social media.
  • Acting as single point of contact of campaign performance manager for assigned country.
  • Compiles reports to summarize digital performance based on KPIs and incorporates feedback and adjustments for future initiatives based on data-driven learnings.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance digital marketing effectiveness and drive business growth.
