What You'll Do:
- Lead Strategic Vision: Be the main digital strategy leader for significant client accounts, crafting and driving comprehensive digital media strategies that align with client business goals.
- Innovate & Inspire: Stay at the forefront of digital trends, guiding clients through new platforms and strategic shifts in the digital landscape.
- Execute Flawlessly: Direct the successful implementation and management of Dynamic Creative Optimisation initiatives, ensuring creative solutions are both personalised and high-performing.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with specialist execution teams, senior client leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Expert: At least 5 years in digital media, with a proven track record across various channels such as programmatic, social, and video.
- Tech-Savvy Leader: Hands-on experience with key ad tech platforms like DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk), social media, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Strategic Storyteller: Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into clear and impactful insights.
- Team Builder: Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding teams.
