Responsibilities

• As a Founders Associate Intern, you will be part of the operational business and support our founding team in advancing the company.
• You will accompany our product team and be at the forefront of further developing the product-market fit.
• You will support the experienced founders Marius & Jakob in communication with VCs and in fundraising.
• You will be involved in all important projects and support their conception, planning, and implementation. You will also have the opportunity to take full responsibility for your own projects.
• You will deal with green hardware, companies in the climate sector, and the latest developments in the GreenTech scene.
• You will help to further develop our company on a strategic level by contributing new ideas and your own perspective.

Qualifications

• You are very interested in climate protection and sustainability and want to learn more and make a difference.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• You have successfully completed or are in the process of successfully completing your studies in an economic, scientific, or other relevant discipline.
• You bring initial practical experience, for example through internships or voluntary work.
• You have a natural sense for exciting complex correlations and possess very good communication skills.
• You place the highest quality demands on yourself and bring a high sense of responsibility.
• Are you fast, highly motivated, open, and honest, and looking for a steep learning curve?
• Even if you don't meet all criteria, but are passionate about the task, this is not an exclusion criterion for us.

As a green FinTech, we at Bees & Bears are convinced that capital is the key to accelerating the energy transition. The challenge we face is enormous: By 2050, 150 trillion euros (!) must be invested worldwide to achieve climate neutrality. 65% of these investments must be financed through loans.

Our mission is to channel capital into the sustainable economy to accelerate the transformation and make the world greener. We work closely with manufacturers and sellers of green hardware such as energy storage systems, solar systems, and heat pumps, so that their customers can finance the systems and machines as easily as a phone via Klarna.
