Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Job Summary
This role involves leading budgeting and forecasting, tracking revenue accuracy, managing monthly closing and revenue recognition, and ensuring compliance with Groupe policies. The manager will also facilitate WIP meetings, collaborate with GL and Reporting teams, manage AP and Billing, resolve anomalies, and assist with audits, while analyzing client profitability.
Must Have
- Lead budgeting and forecasting.
- Track revenue budget accuracy and re-forecasts.
- Manage monthly closing and revenue recognition.
- Ensure revenue recognition compliance with Groupe policies.
- Submit monthly revenue reports and variance analysis.
- Facilitate and report weekly WIP meetings.
- Collaborate with GL and Reporting teams for closing, reforecasts, budgets.
- Manage AP and Billing Team.
- Resolve financial anomalies.
- Ensure billing and remuneration comply with client contracts.
- Assist with client, internal, and external audits.
- Analyze variances in client profitability and billings.
- 6-8 years' experience in a Media Agency.
- Degree in Account/Finance.
- Extensive reporting experience.
- Proficiency in Media Agency Management system.
- Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion (HFM), Spectra Accounting Software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (SmartView) and Power BI.

- Work closely with the client servicing team, tracking the accuracy of revenue budgets, re-forecast and monthly revenue report
- Monthly closing and revenue recognition
- Check revenue recognition compliance with Groupe policies
- Submission of monthly revenue reports, variance analysis
- Facilitate and report weekly WIP meetings with all the client leads
- Work with GL and Reporting team for monthly closing, Reforecasts and budgets
